A metal-free anti-seize compound which protects mating metal parts from seizure and galling caused by high temperature, corrosion and chemical attack.

Belzona 8211 (HP Anti-Seize) is a high performance anti-seize treatment for the prevention of seizure and galling of mating components, subject to high temperatures, corrosion, chemicals and mechanical interlocking.

Belzona 8211 will:

  • Extend equipment life
  • Provide long term protection
  • Resist vibration, contraction, expansion and corrosion
  • Assist equipment strip down

This multi-purpose and metal-free material will not corrode or react with dissimilar metals. It is suitable for application to most metal substrates including chrome, molybdenum, vanadium, titanium, stainless steel and nimonics. The product does not contain any copper, silicon, lead compounds or molybdenumdisulphide, and is specially formulated to have low chloride and sulphur content.
