High-temperature, corrosion-resistant epoxy resin providing strong adhesion in VAMwrap applications.
VAM W1 is a high performance, corrosion resistant, two-part epoxy resin designed as the base layer in VAMwrap applications. It penetrates surface irregularities to create a strong, long-lasting adhesive bond between the substrate and the wrap system, ensuring excellent adhesion even on challenging surfaces.
When used in combination with VAM R1, R2, and R3 Reinforcement Sheets, VAM W1 delivers enhanced mechanical strength and durability. Its formulation allows it to conform easily to complex geometries, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial repair scenarios.

EXTENDED POT LIFE IN EXTREME CONDITIONS
Formulated for performance in hot climates up to 50 °C, VAM W1 provides approximately 60 minutes of pot life, allowing precise application without rushing. Its easy-to-follow preparation process requires no special tools, making it highly practical for on-site repairs.
