VAM M1 – ADVANCED COMPOSITE PASTE GRADE SYSTEM (METAL PASTE)

Two-component paste-grade adhesive designed for high mechanical and shear strength applications. It offers a reliable alternative to traditional fastenings and welding, eliminating hot work and enhancing safety.
This high-performance solution is suitable for both dry heat and immersion heat service conditions. After full cure, it can withstand temperatures of up to 165°C (329°F) for dry heat resistant and 100 °C for immersion heat resistant.
In addition, VAM M1 can be combined with VAM R1 (Reinforcement sheet) to reinforce steel columns, pipelines, concrete columns, and offshore steel risers, delivering superior structural integrity in critical applications.

Cures into a high-strength, durable material with excellent resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and chemicals. It is ideal for industrial repairs, sealing, and rebuilding, providing long-lasting, reliable performance in demanding environments.
EXTENDED POT LIFE
With an extended 60-minute pot life at 32°C, VAM M1 gives users ample working time to ensure precise and accurate application. It can be easily prepared on-site with clear, straightforward instructions and requires no specialized tools, allowing efficient, safe, and controlled repair operations.
HIGHLY RESISTANT TO INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL
Excellent long-term protection for both metallic and non-metallic surfaces against a wide variety of industrial chemicals. It exhibits outstanding resistance to substances such as HCl, H₂S, CO₂, NaOH, and H₂SO₄.
