CERAMIC FILLER CORRODED METAL SURFACES

201 Ceramic Repair Paste

Bonds underwater, requires minimal preparation, and is fully machinable

201 Ceramic Repair Paste is a solvent-free epoxy repair paste designed to restore and protect worn or corroded metal surfaces. Reinforced with ceramic fillers, it offers abrasion resistance and long term durability in demanding environments. Ideal for filling surface erosion and corrosion, it’s a reliable solution for maintenance and repair.

Engineered for ease of use, this two component epoxy adheres strongly to blast cleaned surfaces and can be applied up to 25mm thick without sagging. Its 100% solids composition ensures no shrinkage during curing, providing a tough, wear resistant finish that extends the lifespan of critical components. Once cured, it can be overcoated with Resimac 202 Ceramic Fluid or 203 Super Flow coatings for added protection.
