Overview

The 2026 Company Retreat, held from 21–24 January 2026 at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast, Johor, brought together team members from WCS, WPS, Axon Chemtech, and VAM Global for a meaningful and engaging company-wide gathering.

The retreat provided a platform for strategic alignment, collaboration, and relationship building across the group. Through a combination of structured meetings, team-building activities, and informal bonding sessions, participants strengthened cross-company connections while reinforcing shared goals and values.

More than just a corporate event, the retreat reflected our commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and building a strong, united organisation as we move forward together.

2026 Sales Meeting

The 2026 Sales Meeting brought the team together to align strategies, review performance, and set clear objectives for the year ahead. It provided a focused platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strengthening commercial direction across the organisation.

Team-Building Activities

Structured team-building activities were conducted to enhance collaboration, communication, and trust among team members. These activities reinforced teamwork and encouraged a stronger sense of unity across departments. Group 1: The Beatles, Group 2 : ACDC, Group 3 : Metallica & Group 4 : Aerosmith

Sports & Bonding

Recreational activities, including beach ball games and swimming sessions, offered a relaxed environment for informal interaction and team bonding. These moments helped strengthen relationships beyond the workplace and encouraged a healthy work-life balance.

Rock-Themed Dinner & Award Night

An energetic rock-themed dinner and awards night that recognised outstanding contributions while bringing the team together for an unforgettable evening of celebration and camaraderie.
