1 . Structural & Pressurised System Repairs (VAMwrap System – VAM W1, VAM R1, VAM R2 & VAM R3)
The VAMwrap System delivers high-strength composite reinforcement suitable for both structural strengthening and pressurised system repairs. Engineered to meet ISO 24817 and ASME PCC-2 standards, it restores integrity to pipelines, vessels, and offshore structures suffering from thin-wall or through-wall defects.
This cold-applied solution eliminates the need for cutting, welding, or shutdowns, and can be applied on complex geometries under a wide range of temperatures and climatic conditions. VAMwrap enhances load-bearing capacity, rebuilds degraded areas, and ensures long-term reliability for critical pressure-retaining and structural components.
We also supply cold plate-bonding solutions for damaged or corroded decks, providing a fast and safe alternative to steel replacement.
2 . Structural Rebuilding (VAM Paste Grade System – VAM M1 & VAM P1)
